Nvidia not downloading driver on MSI

I also added a previously unhandled Windows 7 installer folder, and touched up a couple of the modules' descriptions. I'll let this roll for a bit more and hopefully put out a new version in a couple of days. Keep the feedback coming. AsiJu likes this.

I think some new bugs have been added by stupid microsoft slaves who released updates for windows 10 or nvidia got drunk. And yet, no response about my instructions? I cannot find it.
I had the same thing happen. I ended up re-installing windows the 2nd time but kept all my files and such this time. I had downloaded a It worked and then I slowly went up through the next nvidia driver up to I had already done what Greybear had suggested to no avail. I have installed the latest driver but on installation it, give me an error message drivers not installed it also stated that it did not detect my Nvidia GPU. The control panel will also not download also stated that it did not detect my Nvidia GPU.

So it seems like the system is somehow able to set some flag which is, like, supposed to protect it from a malfunctioning graphics card and disable it at close to the hardware level…? And the only way to get it back is to reset the system which resets some of those flags.
There are other things on the XPS which recover after a proper full power cycle such as the touchpad. But pretty much just keep updating windows At least that's what worked for me.
Having this issue with my desktop after resetting windows. Tried all the steps in earlier responses and still not seeing my gpu. It is passing the video through the card, but windows only shows the default microsoft display adapter. Any other ideas would be great. Windows and bios detected my gpu but geforce experience didnt detect it although i have the latest driver.
